Orders & Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of supplements and skincare products, we only accept returns for unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your return qualifies, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping may be covered at our discretion.
