Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery windows:

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment (if applicable)

Tracking Information

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply
  •  Refunds will be issued at our discretion, minus shipping costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
