Returns & Refund Policy

At Aesthetic Edge, we are committed to delivering high-quality supplements and skincare products. Due to the nature of consumable and personal-care items, all returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Because our products are consumable and personal-use items, returns are only accepted under limited conditions to ensure product safety and quality.
✅ Eligible for Return
A return may be approved if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
❌ Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements or skincare products
- Products with broken seals or signs of tampering
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products marked as final sale
- Subscription orders that have already shipped
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all approved returns.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Aesthetic Edge is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Exception:
If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds apply to the product cost only, excluding original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment through your account. Once a subscription order has shipped, it is not eligible for a refund.
